    pick the stroke or swimming skill you need to work on most and there is a swimnastics dryland session ready for you. this library is always growing.

  • all you need is the internet

    no equipment needed, just roll out a towel or a yoga mat...carpeted flooring will work too. occasionally you will need a wall and a chair along with other things around the house.

  • what age or ability of swimmer is this suitable for?

    any and all! each video and live session caters for all abilities with progressions within each. the method is to layer movement complexity in order to advance coordination and body connection. got a sibling? get them to join in too. it is one membership per household.

  • how many times per week should we do swimnastics?

    consistency is key! there will be times like the school holidays where you may be able to do 2-3 times per week and then during the term 1-2 per week. it depends on your sporting schedule. we recommend being consistent with 1 and then 2 as a bonus!

  • is there a minimum month sign up or sign up fee?

    no! the sport of swimming has it's seasons and we have designed this membership so it is here when you need it!
