  • what age or ability of swimmer/squad is this suitable for?

    any and all! in fact the younger you can start your swimmers on swimnastics the better. every exercise has a progression and a modification in order to cater for all abilities. you will be able to use the resources across your entire swimming club program. especially the activations!

  • how many times per week should we do swimnastics?

    it really depends on your training timetable. aim for at least 1 per week and then use the activations before training and you will notice a difference very quickly. once you sign up send me an email and we can work out the best way to implement.

  • is there a minimum month sign up or sign up fee?

    no!
